Block alkali

Nature and purpose:
Block alkali is a white solid that is easily hygroscopic and belongs to the strong alkaline corrosive substance.Its molecular formula is NAOH.Mainly used in industries such as metallurgy,pharmaceuticals,petroleum,and chemical engineering.
Send the molten alkali to the high-level alkali tank(the bottom of the tank can be insulated by burning coal,oil or other combustible gases,and qualified molten alkali can be produced by intermittent pot cooking process.The liquid level in the tank can be controlled by a travel switch or overflow device),and then add it from the high-level tank to the arc-shaped alkali tank at the bottom of the flake alkali machine through flow regulation.The qualified molten alkali produced by the mode evaporation process flows automatically into the arc-shaped groove through the liquid seal device of the finished product separator.The cooling drum surface of the flake alkali machine is equipped with dovetail grooves,and the lower part of the drum is immersed into an arc-shaped alkali tank with a depth of 20-25mm.The arc-shaped alkali tank is held in the desired position by a lifting device or can be emptied of molten alkali when parked.The drum rotates slowly at a speed of 1.5~3.0r/min.The cooling water is introduced from the center of one end of the drum bearing,sprayed from the nozzle on the water pipe,and sprayed onto the inner surface of the cooling drum,and then led out from the center of the other end bearing.
