Generally,during reprocessing,intermittent boiling process is required to produce alkaline substances in a molten state.
Afterwards,the generated molten alkali is transported to the high-level tank,and some coal can be burned at the bottom of the high-level tank for insulation work.The amount of alkali transported by elevated tanks needs to be controlled using an overflow device.
3.Then transport the alkaline solution from the high-level tank to the arc-shaped alkaline tank.During transportation,it is necessary to control the transportation flow.
4.The molten alkali evaporated from the alkali solution enters the arc-shaped groove after passing through the finished product separator.
5.Afterwards,when entering the cooling drum and the dovetail groove on the surface,the bottom of the drum needs to be immersed in the arc-shaped alkali tank to a depth of about 20-25 millimeters.
6.Then the drum rotates at low speed,and the cooling water slowly enters the middle of the bearing from one side,and is sprayed onto the inner surface of the drum for cooling,ensuring good heat transfer performance of the drum.
Afterwards,as the drum rotates,it will be slowly scraped off by a scraper to obtain high-purity flake alkali products.
The above introduces the intermittent treatment method used in the production process of caustic soda,which requires a lot of production equipment.Therefore,it is important to avoid corrosion of the instrument by alkaline substances during use.
