4. The packaging must be intact and undamaged. If any damage or leakage is found, immediately contact the relevant personnel for timely handling.
When storing, it should not be overweight or stacked high, but should be stacked. The area of each stack should not exceed 100 square meters. The distance between bookshelves should not be less than one meter, the distance between bookshelves and walls should not be less than 0.5 meters, the distance between bookshelves and beams and columns should not be less than 0.3 meters, the width of the main passage should not be less than two meters, and the height of bookshelves should not exceed three floors.
6. The warehouse should set up corresponding warning signs, such as being careful of corrosion and wearing labor protection equipment.
7. The person in charge of warehouse safety management must stick to their post and not leave without authorization. He needs to carefully inspect before and after work, promptly handle and report the situation, and keep a record of his duty work.
8. The warehouse should be dry, without standing water, and the roof should be waterproof. Hot water pipes, tap water pipes, and heating pipes are not allowed to be connected to the warehouse.
