The traditional potting method cannot be completely burned by fire and alkali leaching of coal.Ash and coal ash accumulate in the furnace,and the heat transfer output of the solid caustic pot is low.
In order to save resources,it is generally used in the three-layer method;Heating pot,cooking pot,and coloring pot.
2.The alkali molten salt heating module should be a molten salt heating management system using coal as raw material.The management system is used to control the temperature of molten salt reaching the concentrator to meet the processing requirements of high concentration modules.
a.The molten salt using coal as raw material enters the furnace at a temperature of 430°C required by the concentrator.
b.When removing molten salt from high concentration modules,the temperature is 400°C and molten salt can be injected by force.
c.Use a molten salt pump to transport molten salt and circulate all molten salt management systems in the system.
d.The high-temperature industrial waste gas from the molten salt furnace enters the gas steam boiler,and then the temperature is reduced by the air preheater before entering the water film dust collector.Ash is removed through ash removal and flue gas desulfurization,and then enters the booster fan.Guide the chimney into the air.
The commonly used heating method for a piece of alkali is as described above.The preparation process of the product requires many steps,and heating is just one of them.We must be careful no matter which process is needed in actual operation!
